DIFFERENT TASTES TO FRESH DATES
App UX/UI: A new feature for the We Time app that helps couples find mutually appealing date ideas. The project involved coming up with the idea for the feature, plotting the user experience and designing the app’s interface and logo.
The goal was to create an enjoyable and intuitive experience, encourage collaboration, deliver personalised suggestions and promote local businesses.
It’s aimed at couples seeking fresh experiences but struggling to agree on date ideas due to conflicting preferences.
Both partners actively participate on their phones in order to encourage collaboration and balance their interests.
They choose what date vibes they fancy, vote on a series of date suggestions, then a date activity is decided based on both their inputs.
It was designed to be a playful, fun and ‘gamified’ experience.
The ‘rate your date’ page improves future personalised suggestions, further tailoring them to both partners’ preferences.
Potential date locations are shared to promote local businesses and to make it easy for users to get up and go on their date.
